Per online complaint "Recently the roof failed at 512 5th Ave W, causing water damages. Paul Davis Restoration was call to solve the water damage issue.They proceeded to strip each apt to the studs, exposing and rerouting wiring - No Permit Eventually the roof simply collapsed and was rebuilt - No Permit" I called to get more information. They actually replaced the entire roof complainant said he is e-mailing me photos of how the gutting the interior. He is NO longer a tenant he moved out. I ex
