Notice of Violation: Emergency

Opened January 15, 2025 · Updated January 15, 2025

We have been without heat for nearly two weeks and this is not the first time we have been left for long periods of time without heat and for which we have been paying. The building manager provided a space heater for each unit until they are able to get "the parts they've ordered for repairs". We are unable to use the space heater and the lights at the same time because it blows the circuit box. This is just the most recent act of negligence by Redside.
