Per Online;My property manager, Jaynie Black, did not provide proof of the "damages" to my unit after move out when requested. She kept my $700 deposit and charged an extra $200, which I did not pay because she did not provide proof of any "damage." I would like my deposit back, as I lived there for nearly two years after taking over someone else's lease, and in those two years there was no damage besides normal wear and tear.

Per Seattle Parks & Rec: A large drain on the north side of the Thornton Creek Apartments at 512 NE 103rd Street appears to be full of silt and is blocked from receiving spring runoff as well as runoff from the paved common areas of the apartment complex. As a result, a new creeklet is forming, carryings away and cutting into soils within the stream bank and also flooding the access trail from NE 103rd Street.
