In early June, our 12-unit condo was replumbed. As this required removing pieces from our walls, a drywall company was retained to build back the drywall, however apparently a stop work order was issued by the city (though no paperwork seems to be available or posted) and so for more than 3 weeks our units have been torn apart with holes in the walls of every unit and the common areas. The HOA only insists we are waiting for the city, but as there is no permit number, there is no way to contact

There was a stop work order issued on our condo building three weeks ago. We own one of the units. The residents and renters have been living in unsafe conditions ever since with no word from the city on what action will be taken.
