Timberly Vacation Rentals has 3 short term rentals on this lot which I believe violates the STR unit limit. The units are 513B, 513C and 513D. Due to these being STRs, there's no one to tend to their trash cans and so guests resort to illegal dumping into trash cans of the 3 long term rental units on the same property.Their listing on Airbnb lists a single unit but the description mentions the other two units.https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/870271014763181787?viralityEntryPoint=1&s=76D
