Construction workers making excessive noise during work hours not related to construction. Two works were honking horns on equipment nonstop and when asked to stop because people work from home they laughed and continued to honk excessively for minutes. This crew has also run over the flower beds in our yard and alley, worked past the noise ordinance times, blocked through traffic in the alley and been rude and slow when asked to move. A black truck, GMC Sierra license plate DC23521B.
