Complaint
Opened May 20, 2026
Construction workers making excessive noise during work hours not related to construction. Two works were honking horns on equipment nonstop and when asked to stop because people work from home they laughed and continued to honk excessively for minutes. This crew has also run over the flower beds in our yard and alley, worked past the noise ordinance times, blocked through traffic in the alley and been rude and slow when asked to move. A black truck, GMC Sierra license plate DC23521B.

Construction workers have been making excessive noise during work ours that are not construction related. Specifically today, two workers were honking horns excessively on construction equipment. They were not working on anything, they were laughing and honking repeatedly for minutes. I asked them if they could stop as people work from home (myself, my partner, my neighbors in 513A, and the one next door to me, we also have an entire apartment complex in the alley) and they started honking more
