The building mailbox was damaged in a break-in in June 2025. A new mailbox was ordered and delivered early July 2025. Since then the new mailbox has been sitting in its original crate unused while the tenants are forced to use a broken and insecure mailbox.

Property manager is not maintaining fire egress windows in bedrooms to minimum code requirements. My only bedroom window was reported as broken Sept 9 and still has not been addressed. They keep kicking the can down the road instead of addressing the issue with the urgency they should.
