Multiple leaf blowers are operated as early as 5:30AM every morning for months in the Best Buy/Target parking garage on Northgate way and 5th Ave. It echoes across Hubbard Homestead park and is extremely loud for the hundreds of apartments surrounding the park. It is extremely disturbing and makes living here miserable.The noise ordinance asks that this work not start until 7AM.
