Per Online; Around November of 2018, PSE extended their gas line north and east on 46th Ave NE (around 5143). They opened concrete panels in three locations and when finished, put temporary blacktop patches in the openings. They sprayed TMP on them and they have been there ever since, now 9-10 months later. One of the concrete panels was a new one that they installed after the last extension.
