PER HANDWRITTEN COMPLAINT: An above ground oil tank (furnace) is next to the garage and 2 ft from my property line. M2201.2.2 (Res. Code) states shall be no closer than 5 ft. Tank is a replacement for one that leaked and settled. New tank appears to also be settling. Tank is 3 ft above my entrance to basement, not anchoredonline going since 1990's***(HZT NOTES: see attached.)***
