Impassable sidewalk due to overgrown weeds from both sides and low tree branches that hit our faces and cars. Tree branches must be pruned to a minimum of 14 feet clearance above roads for safety. Unmaintained weeds for years have damaged sidewalk and created unsafe muddy and slippery conditions.

*per online* "The front lawn grass is two feet high, unable to climb the steps because vines, branches, foliage cover them. The east side is littered with dead bushes, tree limbs, tall grasses and trash. A broken door, sand and remodeling supplies cover the south landing. Grasses a fire & yellow jacket hazard."
