our tri plex had a flood due to a frozen ruptured pipe on 1-15-2024. The owner of the building ( Steve and Mellissa Wagner) asked the tenants to vacate, while they repair all three units without a written document and neither a confirmed date of start or finish of construction. The vacating of our unit would consist of removing all our belongings, essentially moving out and then moving everything back in again when construction is completed.In addition, no relocation assistance was offer

Pipes burst on 1/15,and we have not gotten a clear planof repair. We arestill in the unit, witha small collapse ofthe bathroom ceiling and we arenow getting bubblesin the ceiling in thebedroom. Thelandlord has notoffered any typeof assistance andwe don't haveanywhere to go.
