A very bright light has been installed on an alleyway telephone pole, aimed southeast at the parking lot in the rear of the building. (The alleyway runs north/south along the west edge of the property.) The light is seemingly unshielded and is a nuisance even from some blocks away. My elevation is above the light, so it is either pointed wrong or not properly shielded.
