I live in this neighborhood. The owner of 520A 20th Ave E, Seattle, WA 98112 has rented this property for years but has never registered the property under the City's Rental Registration and Inspection Ordinance (RRIO). In Feb 2025, another neighbor filed a RRIO complaint against the owner of 520A but SDCI administratively closed it without an investigation.
