Construction crews are blocking emergency access and egress along N Bowdoin Pl with vehicles. On most days construction crews arrive around 7:00AM and completely fill the street along N Bowdoin Pl making emergency access to the two apartment buildings and the single-family residence impossible. If a fire truck or ambulance needed to access any of these buildings there would have to be a slow car shuffle. Getting a blocked vehicle out of the parking area often takes 10-15 minutes as construction
