Per online complaint "Multifamily building w/many tenants. Illegal dumping. A mattress & box spring (disgusting looking & possibly bedbug infested) are propped up against the retaining wall on the sidewalk (on Evanston Ave). This happens often at this property. Last time, mattresses were there for weeks."
