Multiple suspected code violations within "Imperial House", a senior housing building at 520 S Main street. Violations include mold, water sprinkler, alarm system, pest management. Maintenace and manager requests had been submitted, but not addressed in adequate timeframes.

Water pipe replacements have been going on in the building for at least two months and most recently the bathroom sink/vanity and the wall shower head have been removed in at least 40 of the units without a clear date for when these bathroom utilities will be returned. Currently, units have been without a functional bathroom sink and shower for one week. I believe that Seattle Municipal Code SMC 22.208 are being violated by the property management.
