5200 B RAVENNA AVE NE

Last night (September 10th) there were multiple workers consuming alcohol and socializing in the alleyway and construction site at 5200 B Ravenna Ave NE Seattle WA 98105. This was from after 7pm, until they left after 10pm driving a work van from Landmark Roofing and Siding along with a small black car. Per Online; I am the manager of the building located about 10 feet across from the alleyway. I have continued to have daily issues and concerns with this property since construction began. During the covid lockdown, started daily criminal break-Ins to the vacant property which had not been secured. Over 6 9-1-1 calls were made due to harassment from squatters and homeless people. After about 2 months through the use of many posts through the Next Door app did I find a neighbor

Many personal complaints from neighboring building tenants and managers with no resolution. Construction vehicles have been damaging tree on adjacent property by knocking down large branches onto cars and into the alleyway where cars drive. They do not attempt to remove the when it happens. They also allow broken glass and trash to remain littered across alley and do not secure construction/trash items that continually are blown onto private properties for them to clean up. Ma
