Improper Ventilation - Neighbors secondhand smoke is being vented into my apartment unit. My units(#10) kitchen exhaust fan is vented directly into the upstairs crawlspace, no duct is attached. I believe the unit below is the same causing smoke to enter my unit. There are 2 exhauts fans per unit, one bathroom, one kitchen, but only two exhaust outlets per block of four apartments.

Per Online; Junk storage blocking right of way. On March 6 I received confirmation of resolution on my previous complaint; 1 of at least 10 repeated complaints.March 7, I continued to photographically record the same behavior. Please explain the definition of resolution, as I do not agree it has been resolved nor will it be resolved until the property implements an on-site manager.
