Landlords has performing construction work that includes jackhammering/extremely loud drilling noises in our building for 3 weeks when they originally said it would take 1-2 weeks. The noise lasts for hours throughout the day and can be heard from everywhere in the building. There was no noise mitigation plan provided

POTA--per online--Landlord hired some people to replace our front door, although she did notify us she did not ask or wait for consent to enter the apartment. I left a note asking to be sure not to let out cat out while they were doing the work. Landlord tells me they will lock my cat in the room and I tell her that's fine as long as they let her out after the work is finished. When I get back, the door is still broken, there is saw dust all over the floor and my cat is still
