I have unwittingly entered into an illegal rental lease. This address does not show up as having a permit, and I need someone to come and do an inspection. I also need help getting out of this unlawful lease, I never was given the Tenant Rights handout, fire safety handout, mold handout, or damage deposit receipt/bank information. I don't have my own mailbox, address number, fire alarms for one of the bedrooms, secure door, wide enough stairs, etc.. I have a child in here, t

PER CSB: Please have homeowner cut back overgrown vegetation emanating from both private property and the adjacent planting strip. The overgrown vegetation blocks much of the sidewalk on the 37th Ave SW/back side of property.

Per 10/1/15 online complaint: "Building something on the south end of the home. I thought it was scaffolding for painting but it looks more permanent, and I'm getting worried.
