On 1/12 the pipesburst in the basementunit, which affectedthe heat. I was not home when thisoccurred. I did notreceive any notification frommanagement regarding the pipesor the heat. Everything has beenrepaired, but management is trying to blame meand the other upperunit tenants for thedamages. I'mdisputing this claim,and since we werenot notified bymanagement whenall this happened,does this void thecurrent lease?

Water pipe burst and no heat for 3 weeks. Smell of water pipe burst is awful, mildew and rot smell. Renter's agreement was broken per tenant. Want to know rights as a tenant.
