Complaint: LandLord/Tenant
Opened January 26, 2024
On 1/12 the pipesburst in the basementunit, which affectedthe heat. I was not home when thisoccurred. I did notreceive any notification frommanagement regarding the pipesor the heat. Everything has beenrepaired, but management is trying to blame meand the other upperunit tenants for thedamages. I'mdisputing this claim, and since we werenot notified bymanagement whenall this happened, does this void thecurrent lease?
