We have been without adequate heat at the house we are renting since February 2nd. Our property manager took 6 days to respond to our initial written notices of this issue and the response we received was inadequate. It has been over a month and we have not received any assistance to get adequate heat in the house, nor been notified of what the repairs will be, when they will be, and whether it will affect our ability to live at the house.
