Per online: Blackberries continue to grow into street facing 45th Ave NE. The property owner has never once tended to them in 5 years. I live at 5132 45th Ave NE and have to cut them myself at my own time and expense. I am sick of it - do I need to send the property owners or the city a bill for my time?

Per online: "Blackberries and grass at the back of the property (the uphill side - facing 45th Ave NE) are not maintained and keep growing into the street. I have been cutting it back at my own time and expense because nothing is done otherwise."
