Ongoing problems with mold in throughout unit (i.e., located on windowsills, kitchen cabinets, etc.). Carpet is often damp as well. Landlord provided dehumidifier but moisture related problems remain. The complainant believes that the windows are not watertight and that there is not adequate ventilation in the unit.

per caller: the floor has been leaking in the unit for years, carpet is soaked, recently mushrooms started growing. The laundry room is leaking in the building as well.
