Per 5/29/14 online complaint: "Is deck/fence structure in the front-yard being built to code? It sits on posts that are at least 20 feet tall. The fence is no more than 8 feet tall but starts about 8 feet above the ground. It is a formidable fence and not inviting. Pictures available by email." since 5/1/2014***Constructing a deck more than 18" above grade in a required front yard without a permit and inspections (see attached photos)***
