Opened May 22, 2020

Construction next door is violating my right to quiet and privacy. I wake up every day to construction workers banging equipment into my bedroom window and jackhammering within a few inches of my bedroom window. It has created a fire hazard for me because if I had to climb out of my window I would fall into a pit. I have to wear earplugs at all times in my home because I feel that I would get hearing damage otherwise.
