Tree damage at 5212 19th Ave NE by the Owners of adjacent rental properties (EZADEAN SAM + AHMED RIHANA); They own 5220 19th Ave NE; 5208 19th Ave NE; 1904 NE 52nd Street. Sam was seen drilling holes into the tree on property he doesn't own (5212 19th Ave NE). In the past, he also drilled in and nailed in multiple nails and screws through the bark and the healthy active tissue under it including copper screws. The city did nothing, so those nails and screws are still there. Perhaps the
