A crew is using a heavy machine to break up concrete. They are smashing the ground and making all of the houses near the alley shake while many of us are in class. This is incredibly stressful and annoying for the students who live here, as many of us are entering into finals season.

Tenant was told by Landlord via phone that he needs to move due to some type of evaluation being done. He was not given any type of notice or letter. Landlord told him he could move into another one of their properties which is higher rent. Is this legal?
