Per Online; The construction next to our building consistently begins work before 7am. There are bulldozers that are active in the back alleyway and the noise is extremely disruptive to sleep. The crew often has to shout above the construction noise to communicate to each other as well. The construction materials left over night in the back also attracts homeless people who wander through at night turning over those materials and sifting through garbage cans at odd hours.
