This is actually a complaint against the city for this comment: "Project Description:CLOSED. No violation. No complainant contact info provided for referral/details." I made the complaint through my private Seattle Services Portal, so you should have my contact information.Also, I am assuming that the owner lives in the unit and is not renting out anything but rooms, or the property must be RRIO registered. RIGHT?

PER ONLINE: This house was enlarged and sold as potential student housing. The new owner has not registered it with RRIO. Do the owners live in the house? The taxes are mailed to 5000 25th Ave NE, #8404, Seattle, 98104. I believe there are two full kitchens, one in the basement, which is still listed by the King County Assessors as unfinished, in spite of major construction in 2015.
