POTA--per online--The on-site manager is enforcing regulations that contradict the landlord-tenant law, violating RCW 59.18.280. The manager is violating the Tenant's Private Right of Action, and will cut off all contact when asked to provide written document.

POTA--per online--The on-site manager violated the Tenant's Private Right of Action. The manager asked for a pet damage deposit without a relevant reason, and attempted to withhold deposit, knowing that I, the tenant, was a victim of harassment and stalking (knew I was seeking to move out). According to RCW 59.18.280, the landlord is in direct violation of the code.
