My requested maintenance through the renter portal for my fridge on Friday 5/15 but didn't get any response until my roommate reached out on Tuesday 5/19. Our maintenance guy said he was assigned to work on a big project, so everyone was out. He did suggest things we can do on our own (resetting the fridge); however, still no maintenance is scheduled.
