Large quantities of lumber, construction materials, and miscellaneous stored items are being maintained beneath an elevated apartment building on Lake Washington. The materials, combined with overgrown vegetation, create rodent harborage conditions that have been identified by a pest-control professional and are affecting neighboring properties.This situation has been going on for years but now with the vegetation and drainage / flooding issues from the past winter in process of being fixed
