per online: Blackberries continue to grow into street facing 45th Ave NE. The property owner has never tended to them in 5 years. I live at 5132 45th Ave NE and have to cut them myself at my own time and expense for disposal. Please do not just say "vegetation mailer sent" again.

Per online: "Blackberries and grass are not maintained on the uphill side of the property (facing 45th Ave NE). The blackberries continually grow into the street, and I have to cut them back at my own time and expense, otherwise nothing gets done."
