There is a state run housing complex behind my house I'm unsure of the address but my address is the 5221 38th Ave SW and the house is south in my alley. They consistently have pallets of dog food and dog accessories all over the place and the back yard is so unkempt that it has attracted raccoons which have attacked me and my dog.
