I moved into the new studio apartment and my unit is the basement unit. Somehow after the new person moved into the upstair unit of mine, I am suffering because of the terrible water noise. Once that person uses water for the shower or flushes, that noise all the time make me wake up early in the morning. This is an unbearable noise.
