Refridgerator seal is coming off, maintenance super glued it. Railing on the outside of the door is loose about to come off. Complainant has a child that has a handicap

Per online complaint dated on 6/20/2006-"This is a triplex that is getting ready to be demolished. There was a fire in this building on 5/24/06 and since that date the building has been left unsecured. My neighbor has now seen people entering and possibly using the building for drug activity. She mentioned the name Martin who has a known drug problem. We need this building boarded up so that it is secure from this. Thanks."
