I am the owner of 5227 B Russell Ave NW. There are various pieces of large furniture including two three seater couches and a table that I suspect have been illegally dumped in front of my house. I would like to lodge this complaint to clear the area as there is a rancid smell emanating from the fabric of the couches. These pieces of furniture also obstruct the pavement for pedestrians.I have no information as to who could have dumped these on public property.
