PER PHONE COMPLAINT: permit at design review and halted per TRAO requirement.Property purchased one year ago, and all tenants left at end of lease period. No tenant was displaced. It is a four unit building, and work is being complated on the lower levels. Complainant is not familiar with TRAO requirements, and what he is requird to perform in order to have his permit issued.***(HZT NOTES: call transferred to Michele Hunter's voicemail.)
