Per CSB: My group received this complaint and investigated the stormwater pollution component. The reporting party advised the residence has stockpiles of garbage outside on the far side of the house and has been burning it. A site visit on 01 27 20 did not find any evidence of pollutant transport offsite. No contact was made with the residents which the reporting party advises are tenants.

Per CSB: This email is to refer an issue reported by an anonymous customer who advises that the residence at 7971 Duncan Ave S does not have garbage pickup service and has a rodent problem. The house numbers on the home actually read 5230 so I m not sure which address the account may be under.
