Lack of adequate heat. I notified management on 11/19/25 that the mini-plit supplying heat/AC to the apartment is no longer functioning. Multiple follow ups and lack of response from management, I was told they would deliver a space heater on 12/23. As of 12/27/25, there is still no heat in the main living space of the unit, with temps averaging ~63 degrees during the day and sub-60 at night. There is heat in the bedroom/bathroom, but the rest of the unit is not properly maintained by managemen
