Summary: I have three complaints. First, my landlord charged standard cleaning fee when it wasn't on lease. Apparently, they do this to all tenants. When I got a lawyer involved they produced fake pictures showing damage. Second, they kept my full security deposit because of unpaid rent despite Governor's moratorium that specifically prohibits it.
