My apartment building has a horrible reeking smell, caused by Apartment 402. An unwell man in his 60s lives there. He props his door open to vent into the hallway and the smell is bad enough to make you want to throw up as you try to walk by. The hallway window is open 24/7 but the smell never goes away. I live on the 4th floor of this building. There is an incredibly foul odor coming from apt 402. The tenant there frequently walks up and down the 4th floor hall with their walker. I have a huge concern for this being a sanitation/health issue as the tenant and the walker they use appear to be soiled with feces. This issue has been reported to the building manager with no intervention.
