Our landlord ignored our complaint that the washing machine was leaking several times. There is a mold and mildew smell in the apartment and visible water damage around the machine. Our downstairs neighbor has complained of leaks in the ceiling.They have since replaced the machine but there is still a mildew smell and I am afraid there is mold in the walls.
