PER CSB 24-00308886: I live in nearby this area. In fact, my parking lot directly faces 5240 University Wy NE. There are homeless people staying there, and theres trash everywhere. Its becoming a big safety concern. Some of the people from the encampment have even wandered into my compound, and its really scary seeing them wandering near my property.
