A neighbor has consistently been smoking illicit substances that produce fumes which fill our bathroom (shared ventilation). It smells like burning plastic. Oftentimes it is so pungent in our bathroom, it becomes difficult to breathe. His unit is the only one where we notice smells/fumes coming from. The building manager has not fixed a broken lockbox for USPS to deliver mail since early May. Thus, we have not been able to receive any mail since then. We have contacted the building manager multiple times to address and fix the issue, but have not done so for more than three months.
