ZONING - JUNK STORAGEThere is a constant pileup of trash on their property that spills out onto the sidewalk. It's full of open and unopen bags, shopping carts, food, boxes, etc that has filled up around their trash cans for months. The area has attracted rats, flies, and smells horrible. Many times the people living in the house have also thrown their trash all over the curb and pile it up on the sidewalk in front of their garage.
