Constructing flimsy 10' ft high corrugated metal deck, approx 5' long, 5' wide, onto rear side of house w/o permit. Can contact tenant, Annie (425)444-3430, if not viewable from alley. She will let inspector onto property.

Per online complaint, "Vines and other overgrown vegetation on both sides of sidewalk make navigating the property difficult. Garbage always strewn on parking strip, cans never lidded attracting rodents and raccoons. Dog(s) are let out unsupervised their waste is all over the parking strip. Parking strip is hazardous." NOTE: Called complainant, and referred her to rat patrol, told her we would send out a veg. flyer.
