Per online complaint "The house at 5249 19th Ave SW has been empty for 2 years.We thought it was a foreclosure but King County records lists Gina as the owner (her mailing address is PO Box 2725, Woodinville WA) . The house is vacant, there is a junk car parked there for 2 years, and vegetation has been overgrowing."
